At False Flag, we strive to fulfill and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Due to the complex and occasionally unpredictable nature of materials and processes used, particularly in the case of 3D printing, production times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the item ordered.
While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to print failures, material constraints, or post-processing requirements. International shipping may experience signifigant delays and may also be subject to tariffs outside of our control. These will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policies
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of the products we sell, all sales are considered final once production has begun. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that are printed correctly according to the specifications provided at the time of purchase.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please note that minor imperfections or surface inconsistencies are normal in 3D printed products and are not considered defects. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
